Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a role involving content management, proposal development (RFP/RFI), or project management within the healthcare technology industry
Demonstrated experience in a role requiring strong curiosity, creativity, and proactive problem-solving
Experience working with or interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance content and workflow efficiency
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Proactively identify, gather, and refine compelling content from various sources, including third-party intelligence, product release notes, and internal subject matter experts (SMEs)
Leverage an AI tool to manage the end-to-end proposal (RFP/RFI) process
Optimize AI-generated responses, facilitate SME review and refinement, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, tailored proposals
Partner with Sales, Services, Product Owners, and other internal teams to understand solution capabilities, market needs, and competitive landscapes
Collaborate to develop thoughtful, impactful, and competitive content for all client interactions
Continuously seek ways to enhance content management and proposal workflow
Identify opportunities to integrate new data sources, refine content categorization, and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of response strategies
Analyze proposal outcomes to identify trends in client questions and response efficacy
Utilize these insights to drive continuous improvement in content and proposal strategies
Maintain a high standard of accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all content and proposal documents
Ensure proper version control and utilization of documentation tools (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe, MS Office Suite, image capturing, and graphics tools)
