Responsibilities

Conduct RFP analyses leading to GO/NO-GO decisions with cross-functional teams
Oversee end-to-end response processes (mémoire technique, administrative docs, compliance)
Coordinate and challenge stakeholder responses to ensure technical coherence
Own the member experience section for all RFPs
Prepare for and participate in negotiation rounds
Track RFP performance metrics and share insights
Support field marketing/sales teams in engaging key stakeholders (especially AMOs)
Build and maintain a knowledge library (RFP Library) to standardize responses and increase win rates
Create RFP answer templates based on requirements and AMO specifications
Implement tools and processes to improve response quality, efficiency, and delivery handover
Share best practices with Private sector teams on large-scale RFPs
