Create an unparalleled climbing experience by bringing BP’s circuits to life
Maintain an excellent relationship with the Head Routesetter, team members, and local staff
Provide feedback and take direction as needed
Create and maintain a climbing product meeting BP’s standards
Advocate for and celebrate BP’s circuit system
