The Temporary Escalations Case Manager will act as a trusted resource for customer and partner-facing escalation needs, ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels. This role involves professionally following up with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of escalations and building trust by providing positive customer experiences. The position requires consistently resolving 30-35 complex cases weekly, identifying and suggesting process improvements, and handling assigned administrative needs and ad hoc projects. The role also includes regular refund processing and troubleshooting.
