The Senior Associate, Clinical Escalations will lead cross-functional collaboration to triage provider concerns, update and implement operational procedures for resolutions, and manage the investigation, remediation, and termination processes for provider escalations. They will also assess and implement proactive interventions through trend and gap analysis, draft responses to inquiries, and develop training materials for the customer experience team.
