Responsibilities

  • Follow all company SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and improve patient health
  • Oversee safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy, including acting as keyholder, managing alarm/safe codes, and protecting pharmacy products (especially refrigerated and controlled substances)
  • Execute pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
  • Complete all tasks for controlled substance prescriptions, including counting, imaging, inventory maintenance, and additional CII fulfillment
  • Deliver positive patient experiences through empathy, genuine care, personalized interactions at pick-up/drive-thru/phone, offering immunization arrangements, and solving/escalating issues
  • Perform inventory activities (e.g., putting away deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stock, waiting bin inventories) as directed to maintain target levels and mitigate loss
  • Contribute to a high-performing team by embracing growth mindset, seeking knowledge expansion, remaining flexible, and fostering a safe, inclusive environment
