Responsibilities

Follow all company SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and improve patient health
Oversee safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy, including acting as keyholder, managing alarm/safe codes, and protecting pharmacy products (especially refrigerated and controlled substances)
Execute pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
Complete all tasks for controlled substance prescriptions, including counting, imaging, inventory maintenance, and additional CII fulfillment
Deliver positive patient experiences through empathy, genuine care, personalized interactions at pick-up/drive-thru/phone, offering immunization arrangements, and solving/escalating issues
Perform inventory activities (e.g., putting away deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stock, waiting bin inventories) as directed to maintain target levels and mitigate loss
Contribute to a high-performing team by embracing growth mindset, seeking knowledge expansion, remaining flexible, and fostering a safe, inclusive environment
