Requirements

Teknisk bakgrunn og erfaring fra drift av infrastruktur og sikkerhetstjenester (stor fordel)
Dokumentert erfaring med å lede større team, gjerne med ansvar for minst 50 personer
God forståelse for IT-leveranser fra en profesjonell partner til ledende norske og internasjonale firma
Sterke kommunikasjons- og samarbeidsevner
Erfaring med ITSM-prosesser, ITIL-rammeverket og leveranser basert på SRE- og DevOps-metodikk
Erfaring med oppsett, drift og kostnadskontroll av tjenester i offentlig sky, spesielt Microsoft Azure (fordel)
Erfaring med økonomistyring og rapportering i komplekse leveransemodeller
Sterke skriftlig og muntlig fremstillingsevne
Effektivt kommunisere på skriftlig og muntlig på norsk og engelsk

Responsibilities

Lede og koordinere alle aktiviteter knyttet til tjenestestyring på vegne av leveranseorganisasjonen
Sikre at kontraktsoppfølging, økonomistyring og rapportering (både internt og eksternt) gjennomføres i henhold til avtaler og forventninger
Være ansvarlig for leveranseforpliktelser, inkludert tjenesteavtaler, kostnadsstyring og ressursplanlegging
Drive initiativer for forbedring og automatisering av arbeidsoppgaver
Samarbeide tett med interne spesialister, kunder og øvrige interessenter for å sikre høy kvalitet i tjenesteleveransen
