Completed secondary education (High School Diploma or equivalent) – relevant experience preferred
Fluent German (written and spoken) – essential
English – desirable, but not required
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Minimum 20 hours per week (part-time) up to 40 hours per week
Availability between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Occasional Saturday availability (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM) every other month

Responsibilities

Accurately record chargeback requests from customers
Handle and document transactions within various systems
Actively communicate with customers via written and telephone channels
Ensure complete and correct documentation of all required documents
Potential for development into other areas within credit card customer service, fraud, and chargeback
Start work on the 1st of each month and participate in initial training
