Requirements

  • Completed secondary education (High School Diploma or equivalent) – relevant experience preferred
  • Fluent German (written and spoken) – essential
  • English – desirable, but not required
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Minimum 20 hours per week (part-time) up to 40 hours per week
  • Availability between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Occasional Saturday availability (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM) every other month

Responsibilities

  • Accurately record chargeback requests from customers
  • Handle and document transactions within various systems
  • Actively communicate with customers via written and telephone channels
  • Ensure complete and correct documentation of all required documents
  • Potential for development into other areas within credit card customer service, fraud, and chargeback
  • Start work on the 1st of each month and participate in initial training
