  • Knowledge of various IT roles, including: Desktop support analyst, 1st/2nd line support, Systems engineer, DevOps, Tech support, Technical support, Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, Workplace technology, Solutions specialist, Systems manager, Support manager
  • Experience with identity providers, macOS, and Windows MDM migration
  • Experience with device trust and posture compliance solutions
  • Experience with SaaS migrations (e.g., Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace)
  • Understanding of security best practices and balancing security with productivity

Responsibilities

  • Provide delightful day-to-day technical support to all areas of the business
  • Troubleshoot and fix a wide range of technical issues (laptop faults, network issues, account provisioning, SSO problems)
  • Collaborate with the Security team to ensure a balance between security, productivity, and user experience
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate processes and improve the user experience
  • Design and build self-service solutions to empower employees
  • Monitor and maintain technology in offices worldwide (networks, meeting rooms, printers, digital signage, CCTV, door access control)
  • Manage supplier relationships and the procurement process for SaaS and hardware
  • Lead and manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders. Examples include: Rollout of a new identity provider, macOS and Windows MDM migration, Rollout of a new device trust and posture compliance solution, Replacement of insecure factors like SMS with phishing-resistant factors, Office fit-outs, including tech, SaaS migrations for acquisitions (e.g., Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace)
