Requirements

  • Competency in ITSM (ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations)
  • Experience leading at least a couple of Implementation projects in ITSM and one complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow
  • Experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development
  • Expertise in ServiceNow deployments, integration with third-party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management, and merging multiple instances
  • Experience in ITSM migration/consolidations
  • Strong work experience in projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, and Implementations
  • Very good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL/industry standards
  • Certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, or ITIL V4 Foundation
  • Ability to devise business critical metrics covering all aspects of value for clients
  • Experience developing frameworks to measure and track value realization metrics, aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
  • Experience prioritizing transformation projects using financial analysis tools and value-based methodologies
  • Experience overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of complex transformation programs, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Experience establishing governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to monitor program progress and mitigate risks
  • Experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for transformation success
  • Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders on transformation objectives
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams, mentoring junior employees, and fostering innovation and collaboration
  • Proven track record in setting up and driving a Project Management/Value Realization Office/Transformation Management Office for own organization or clients
  • Familiarity with transformation frameworks and agile methodologies
  • Experience designing and implementing governance frameworks and value realization metrics
  • Practical industry expertise across Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining and Resources (or equivalent domains)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Analyst: 1+ years of experience; Consultant: 5+ years of experience
  • Experience in large-scale consulting and managing teams by executing against a roadmap
  • Experience in advising, scoping, and delivering agile transformative services
  • Added advantage: Experience leading or managing teams
  • Added advantage: Practical experience applying key methodologies (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, IC Agile) and market trends, with certification
