Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Infor Lawson & Infor M3 administration (minimum 3 years stated elsewhere)
  • 15 years full-time education
  • Experience with Infor Lawson S3 applications (LSF, Landmark, MSCM, LBI, LSO, etc.)
  • Infor M3 Administration experience (Streamserve, MEC deployments)
  • Linux/AIX admin and troubleshooting experience
  • Experience configuring auto/scheduled jobs and troubleshooting job-related logs
  • Websphere install, configuration, maintenance, and logs troubleshooting experience
  • Lawson Security Administrator, Lawson MS addins, Infor Spreadsheet Designer experience desired
  • Understanding of LDAP and user setup/maintenance
  • ITIL based ticketing tool experience
  • BSI installs and configurations, YE CTP installs
  • ITIL v4 Foundations certified
  • Good communication skills, team player, ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Willingness to work 24x7 rotational shifts
  • Good to have: Knowledge of Infor Cloudsuite, ION, Infor OS; ADFS setup and configuration

Responsibilities

  • Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability
  • Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC)
  • Update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution
  • Manage Infor S3 and M3 customer application environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues opened by the customer
