Responsibilities

  • Manage and track progress on key strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of objectives
  • Lead quarterly and annual planning processes across technology teams, coordinating input from engineering, infrastructure, and quant research
  • Synthesize complex technical discussions into concise, actionable insights for the executive committee
  • Oversee the CTO office’s operating rhythm, including management meetings, leadership updates, and communications to the broader organization
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks in technology project execution; drive accountability across teams
  • Coordinate budget planning, headcount allocation, and vendor relationships in collaboration with Finance and HR
  • Serve as the connective tissue between technology, investment, operations, and compliance functions
  • Support coordination between Technology leads and business functions
