Serve as a key thought partner to the CTO

Responsibilities

Partner with the CTO to define and execute the technology roadmap in alignment with the firm’s investment and operational strategies
Manage and track progress on key strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of objectives
Lead quarterly and annual planning processes across technology teams, coordinating input from engineering, infrastructure, and quant research
Synthesize complex technical discussions into concise, actionable insights for the executive committee
Oversee the CTO office’s operating rhythm, including management meetings, leadership updates, and communications to the broader organization
Identify and remove bottlenecks in technology project execution; drive accountability across teams
Coordinate budget planning, headcount allocation, and vendor relationships in collaboration with Finance and HR
Serve as the connective tissue between technology, investment, operations, and compliance functions
Support coordination between Technology leads and business functions
