Responsibilities

Installation von Geräten sowie Updates vornehmen
Mitwirkung bei der Abklärung von Planungsvorgaben mit dem Kunden (Baubegehung)
Erstbetrieb unter Anleitung ausführen
Unterstützung bei der Integration von Anlagen und Systemen an bestehende Systeme
Funktion testen, optimieren und justieren ggf. mit Rücksprache
Mitwirkung bei der Inbetriebnahme von technischen Systemen
Abnahme unter Anleitung durchführen
Gerätereparaturen und Wartungen unter Anleitung eines Servicetechnikers vornehmen
Technischen Zustand der Systeme und Anlagen feststellen
Vereinbarte Leistungen gemäß Serviceverträge ausführen
Systeme und Anlagen warten sowie Störungen beheben
Fehler diagnostizieren und spezifizieren, Störung analysieren
Abhilfemaßnahmen vorschlagen ggf. selbst durchführen
Schadens- und Reparaturumfang ermitteln und ggf. zur Entscheidung weiterleiten
Teile und Module austauschen
Berichte und Protokolle erstellen bzw. ergänzen sowie zugehörige Unterlagen anpassen
