  • Manage IT infrastructure tasks (30% of time), including setup of new showrooms, hardware renewals in European offices, and data center management at the Strasbourg headquarters
  • Process and track tickets efficiently via Jira Service Management, prioritizing, escalating when necessary, and ensuring rigorous follow-up
  • Monitor ongoing calls, identify blocking situations, and resolve problems proactively
  • Train and form users during onboarding, workshops, or as needed to increase autonomy with IT tools
