Education: Bac +2 (Minimum)
Relevant Qualifications: BTS Electrotechnique, M.A.I, or MI
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance
Reading electrical and mechanical plans
Methodology of fault diagnostics
Autonomy, versatility, and rigor
Technical English reading proficiency
Proficiency in: Excel/Word/CAO/See Electrical/PLC Software (PL7-Pro, Xtel, Unity, Vijeo Designer)
Certifications: Electrical Habilitations
Bonus: Knowledge of machining would be an advantage

Responsibilities

Perform preventative, corrective, and improvement maintenance on micromachinery production equipment
Collaborate with production, quality, metrology, and engineering teams
Execute preventative maintenance tasks according to schedules and existing procedures
Conduct thorough diagnostics and implement corrective actions
Identify and propose improvements to optimize and ensure the reliability of production tools
Initiate sub-contracting and quotations for parts as needed
Document interventions in the intervention order management tool
Manage the maintenance store for tooling equipment
Adhere to Quality, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), and regulatory procedures
Participate in the integration of new equipment
Propose improvements to maintenance preventive ranges
Perform interventions on various technical and technological fields (Electricity, Pneumatics, Mechanics, Hydraulics, Automation)
Ensure traceability of interventions
