Requirements

Ability to operate manufacturing equipment to produce and/or package contact lenses
Ability to operate Autoclave to sterilize contact lenses
Perform activities in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in a controlled and regulated environment
Ensure compliance with Data Integrity (attributable, legible, contemporaneous, original, accurate)
Work in cleanroom environment at various production stages
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to achieve production targets in compliance with cGMP, quality, and safety requirements
Perform physical activities repeatedly: push rolling carts weighing 300KG, GxP cleaning, production end waste disposal, lens inspection under increased lighting and magnification
Maintain zero LTIR in accordance with HSE requirements
Ensure 100% compliance with SOP, GxP, and HSE regulatory requirements without deviations
Meet or exceed OEE targets, good Batch Right First-Time rate, and minimize audit observations

Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing equipment to produce and/or package contact lenses
Operate Autoclave to sterilize contact lenses
Ensure contact lenses are manufactured to the best quality level possible
Perform production activities under cleanroom environment and work as a team to achieve daily targets and highest product quality
Maintain quality standards of contact lens manufacturing
Meet yield, equipment performance, and uptime for assigned LTs
Perform IPC such as Visual Lens Inspection and Operator Packaging check
Schedule contact lenses for sterilization within 12 hours
Perform simple machine setups (e.g., ink change)
Support maintenance activities and troubleshoot machine issues
Maintain 5S on the production floor
Participate in Kaizen projects for continuous improvement in manufacturing performance
