Responsibilities

  • Facilitate laboratory test output, ensuring alignment with process objectives and consistent achievement of throughput targets within specified timelines
  • Extract raw data from testers and provide initial assessments of evaluation requirements
  • Monitor and maintain the deployment of standard testing procedures while ensuring strict adherence to the overall test schedule
  • Perform first-level fault analysis and monitor repair activities of tools and communicate promptly with engineers about tester issues that may impact evaluation results
  • Conduct data monitoring to ensure tester output remains within acceptable control limits
  • Ensure all tool and workstation PCs are updated with IT-compliant software, including Microsoft Windows patches
  • Manage inventory of test evaluation parts, tester consumables, and peripheral tools
  • Generate daily utilization rates for testers based on conducted activities and perform annual gauge repeatability and reproducibility studies
  • Spearhead tool and area qualifications
  • Execute complex test algorithms using established methodologies while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement
  • Proactively identify potential risks and recommend innovative solutions to complex technical challenges
  • Lead the automation of data collection processes and dashboard monitoring to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve priority issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
