The Technical Writer will create, update, and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce users and administrators, including user guides, configuration manuals, API references, and in-app help. They will collaborate with engineers and product managers to document new features, translate complex requirements into clear content, and develop best practices for Salesforce configuration and deployment. The role involves participating in design meetings, ensuring documentation adheres to standards, and providing feedback on process improvements.
