Responsibilities

The Technical Writer will produce high-quality product documentation, release notes, and API documentation to guide and educate customers. This involves developing deep product knowledge through research and collaboration with SMEs, adhering to modern voice and tone standards, and participating in the software development process by partnering with writers, product managers, engineers, and UX designers. Responsibilities also include participating in content reviews, implementing feedback, tailoring documentation to specific audiences, advocating for the customer, and independently managing projects.
