Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. A Salesforce Administrator certification is required, with Advanced Admin or Business Analyst certifications being a plus. Proficiency in Salesforce security models, license management, process automation, Data Loader, cross-functional collaboration, communication, business analysis, and change management is essential. Familiarity with data archiving tools and integrated applications is considered a bonus.

Responsibilities

The Salesforce Administrator will redesign and implement role-based permission groups and profiles, audit and optimize security groups, sharing rules, and permission structures. They will serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce requests, manage license usage, support Data Loader operations, and collaborate with developers on requirements and testing. Additionally, the role involves communicating with stakeholders, translating business needs into Salesforce solutions, and contributing to team processes and best practices in a dynamic environment.
