Requirements

Candidates should have at least one year of experience creating and managing complex customer-facing content, ideally for two or more product areas. They must possess the ability to simplify complex topics into clear and concise content, demonstrate proficient project and time management skills, and exhibit strong interdepartmental communication and relationship-building abilities. A dynamic and agile work style, a proactive learning approach, and comfort with AI tools are also required. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Jira, Zendesk, Confluence, Miro, and Figma, experience with AI content creation tools, Pendo usage, installation or integration content writing, coding experience, API or developer documentation experience, and a BA/BS or higher in English, Communications, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

The Technical Writer will write, edit, and publish documentation for the Help Center according to established standards, and write and revise UI copy for features and products. They will review feedback to improve content accuracy and organization, collaborate with subject-matter experts to gather information and confirm accuracy, and cultivate a deep understanding of Pendo products and services. Additionally, they will proactively update the information architecture for their product areas and stay current with best practices in technical and UX writing.
