Responsibilities

As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-impact training sessions to public sector clients, helping them maximize the value of our GovTech solutions. Your focus will be on facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring that end users understand and effectively use our products. You will work closely with Project Managers, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to tailor training programs to client needs and support successful implementations. This role requires delivering live, interactive training sessions (both virtual and in-person) for public sector clients, ensuring they effectively use our products, tailoring training content to address client-specific needs, use cases, and GovTech industry best practices, managing multiple training engagements from scheduling to completion, ensuring a smooth and impactful learning experience, serving as a trusted advisor, advocating best practices to drive long-term success for clients, and providing post-training support and guidance to help clients apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.
