Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-7 years of experience in UCaaS/telephony sales, technical enablement, or sales engineering roles, ideally within a technology or SaaS company, and prior experience as a sales leader or manager. They should demonstrate strong knowledge of UCaaS technologies, industry standards, and the competitive landscape, along with the ability to articulate the value of UCaaS and related solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with strong project and program management skills, are also required.

Responsibilities

The Sales Methodology Trainer will deliver engaging training to all field roles through facilitating live and virtual training sessions, conducting hands-on workshops, and providing on-the-job coaching and feedback. They will implement and reinforce sales methodologies and frameworks across field teams, customize training content for different segments, and collaborate across the organization with value advisors, field managers, and other teams to assess training needs and ensure field relevancy. The role involves driving continuous improvement through gathering feedback, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining training materials, while also leveraging technology for scale and championing the use of AI and analytics to personalize learning journeys.
