Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of software development experience, including team leadership. A strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices is essential, along with experience in relevant programming languages and frameworks. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems are required. A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, and experience in mentoring junior engineers are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Technical Team Lead will lead the technical design and development of software projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and managing/mentoring a team of engineers to foster a collaborative environment. They will coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives, conduct code reviews for continuous improvement, and develop technical documentation for effective communication. Additionally, they will stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive team innovation.
