Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, or a related field, equivalent experience, superb communication skills both written and verbal, eligibility for electric regulation No. 250 §6, proficiency in English and Czech at a minimum of level B2, and the ability to travel internationally for less than 25% of working hours. Experience in project management and knowledge of Product Data Management is an advantage.
The Technical Support Specialist II will handle tasks and projects to improve efficiency, provide technical communication between Production, R&D, and Global Tech Support, conduct root cause analysis and actively participate in resolving technical issues, collect and analyze data to tackle problems and improve company processes, provide worldwide 3rd-line technical support up to the system level of SEM/SDB products, lead continuous improvement processes and postmortem analysis for solved support calls, capture parts issues and collect Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) requests, explore opportunities to lower installation and warranty costs, lead assigned Global Technical Support tasks, seek opportunities to improve product quality, and follow effective documents Coordinated Management System, Environmental Management System, and work on documentation.
