Requirements

Candidates should possess a Cisco CCNA certification or two years of experience configuring network devices such as routers, switches, and access points, along with proficiency in Windows and IOS environments. Familiarity with mobile devices like smartphones and iPads is preferred, and a strong ability to document, track, and resolve technical issues is essential. Applicants should also have problem-solving skills and strong negotiation abilities, complemented by effective verbal and written communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and prior PC desktop or technical support experience with client contact is beneficial. Automotive industry experience and bilingual skills (French or Spanish) are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Associate Technical Support Analyst will receive inbound customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, web chat, and email, creating case logs and guiding clients to timely resolutions. They will troubleshoot software application malfunctions, recommend corrective actions, and submit requests for product changes. The role involves applying knowledge of CDK’s case resolution process, policies, and escalation methodology, attending training, and staying current with evolving internal processes and industry developments. The analyst will provide customer service and remote support, working in a team environment, and performing other ad hoc support duties as assigned, prioritizing competing priorities.
