Requirements

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process issues

Responsibilities

Support dealers in managing Product Improvement Programs cost-effectively and within designated timeframes, including goodwill and warranty management
Create and prioritize CPI (Continuous Product Improvement) issues and develop action plans with the dealer and customer to manage downtime and costs
Build the dealer's technical capabilities to identify, improve, and manage product deficiencies, improve component life, lower operating costs, and ensure acceptable levels of physical availability
Ensure the successful introduction of new mining machine models into dealer territories and the marketplace
Provide technical guidance and counseling to dealers
Consult and assist with product problem management with dealers and mining customers across the assigned territory
Maximize customer loyalty while minimizing the commercial impact of customer complaints related to products, applications, physical availability and maintenance requirements through appropriate and timely use of resources, including Goodwill
