The Technical Support Lead will manage, track, diagnose, and troubleshoot high-level cases for Technical Support Engineers, providing leadership and mentorship to the team. They will also collaborate with engineering teams to identify and address technical issues impacting customers, create and maintain technical documentation for internal and external use, and drive continuous improvement in the technical support process by analyzing trends and implementing new support procedures.
