Requirements

3+ years of experience supporting enterprise customers with a confident, calm approach
3+ years of experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
Top-tier customer experience skills with excellent written and verbal communication
Experience in a cross-functional environment supporting teams across Engineering, Customer Success, and more
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as CI/CD, Linux, GitHub, Helm Charts, Terraform, and Open source
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (AWS EKS experience is a plus)
Experience with security frameworks, software supply chain security, or vulnerability scanning (extra kudos)
KCNA or CKA certification (extra kudos)
Startup experience (extra kudos)
Ability to learn quickly and navigate fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

Triage, investigate, reproduce, manage, and resolve complex customer issues involving Chainguard Images
Escalate issues to the Engineering team when necessary
Communicate effectively with customers to keep them informed and happy
Bridge the technical divide by explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical customers
Document new issues and create Knowledge Base articles
Prioritize and manage a queue of issues to resolution
Proactively guide issues to resolution and communicate with customers
Push bugs, feature requests, and issues to the Engineering and GTM teams
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier customer experiences
