Motivated, self-starter and self-learner with a customer-first attitude
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and debug software and hardware, including cloud platforms (Kubernetes, Snapshot Manager (NBSM), Cloud Scale)
Specialized knowledge, analytical practices, and procedures to analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues in unique and complex enterprise environments on multiple platforms
Research skills on technical subjects such as Operating Systems, Infrastructural Technologies, and Cohesity Software
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative operating environment
Experience interfacing with Engineering, customers, partners, field reps, and 3rd party teams/vendors

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries (voice or digital) for assigned products and provide technical support to customers, partners, and field staff across support levels
Answer technical questions and provide solutions for Cohesity products, including cloud infrastructures
Resolve cases per productivity, performance, SLA standards, and support goals
Research, document, and collaborate on cases as required
Author or update technical documents in Knowledge Management (KM) for the support knowledge base
Address multiple issues simultaneously, with a case for each issue
Establish close interactions with team members and stakeholders; assess when to engage team members for timely resolution
Participate in Technical Support Engineer Process Community Meetings, Innovation Teams, Product Previews for New Releases, projects, Enablement Functions, lab engagement/management, and UAT testing
Mentor and assist other TSEs; develop and conduct training for TSEs and partners
Participate in or conduct internal and external hiring interviews
Diagnose technically complex and/or politically sensitive issues; engage senior team members as needed
Participate in internal projects with enablement/engineering to drive process and product improvement; develop course content and TOI material
Take advancements from team members and collaborate for case resolution
Act as subject matter expert on multiple product areas
Interface with Engineering for assistance and collaboration
Participate in or lead calls with customers and 3rd party teams/vendors; escalate to senior resources for complex issues
