Candidates must have proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or a similar role with success in complex systems. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Working knowledge of compressed gas cylinders, gas equipment, or similar high-pressure systems is advantageous, as is competence in Salesforce or other CRM systems. Experience with international teams is beneficial. The ability to travel up to 60% and attend meetings outside of standard hours is required.
The Technical Support Engineer will provide excellent technical support to resellers and customers, driving a positive customer experience. They will develop expertise in diverse technologies, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, and contribute to a team providing support via email, web, and phone. Responsibilities also include collaborating with other Markforged teams for continuous improvement, creating and improving technical documentation, and providing technical training to partners and customers.
