Requirements

Candidates should have a proven track record of 5-7 years in a Technical Support role, possessing a CCNA, Network+, or SSCA SIP certification or equivalent experience, and demonstrating an understanding of network firewalls, switches, systems, and tools. Prior CCaaS/VoIP experience is also required.

Responsibilities

The Technical Support Engineer will take ownership and resolve cases in Tier 2 Support technology domains, contribute to organizational success by meeting individual goals and metrics, communicate promptly and consistently with customers, prioritize urgent requests, maintain proficiency with Zoom products and features, and create documentation and training materials.
