Requirements

Candidates must possess very strong writing and editing skills, with 5-7 years of technical writing experience or a degree in a tech field. Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Writer will write, edit, maintain, and improve product, API, and SDK documentation, including feature documentation, narrative guides, and technical topics. They will collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers on new features, and work with the docs team to upgrade the docs site. Additionally, they will address customer pain points through documentation updates by collaborating with support, developer advocates, and customer success teams, and respond promptly to feedback on existing documentation.
