Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Level 1 Support: end-user computing (EUC) support, including image loading and printer configuration
  • 1+ year of experience in Level 2 Support: network support, including switches, routers, console cabling, and structured cabling
  • 1+ year of basic knowledge in Level 3 Support: HP servers, iLO, and Dell management tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Networking fundamentals
  • General IT tools
  • SharePoint
  • Advanced English - Conversational (essential - will be evaluated)

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support at all three levels: EUC, Network, and Server
  • Support GSB's various client accounts
  • Provide technical support to internal GSB clients
  • Be available for remote support and assistance via help desk
  • Adhere to GSB policies and customs
  • Be proactive in identifying and resolving issues
  • Take care of the company's physical assets when necessary
  • Monitor company chats and provide support as needed
  • Work from home and on-site with clients
