Requirements

2+ years of experience in Level 1 Support: end-user computing (EUC) support, including image loading and printer configuration
1+ year of experience in Level 2 Support: network support, including switches, routers, console cabling, and structured cabling
1+ year of basic knowledge in Level 3 Support: HP servers, iLO, and Dell management tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Networking fundamentals
General IT tools
SharePoint
Advanced English - Conversational (essential - will be evaluated)

Responsibilities

Provide technical support at all three levels: EUC, Network, and Server
Support GSB's various client accounts
Provide technical support to internal GSB clients
Be available for remote support and assistance via help desk
Adhere to GSB policies and customs
Be proactive in identifying and resolving issues
Take care of the company's physical assets when necessary
Monitor company chats and provide support as needed
Work from home and on-site with clients
