Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate IT support environment, preferably within the legal sector. Desired qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Outlook, as well as Microsoft systems or desktop certifications. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work are also required.

Responsibilities

The Technical Support Associate will provide phone and hardware support to end-users for common office software applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Best Authority, LegalKEY, Windows OS, NetDocuments, and Workshare Compare. They will thoroughly research technical issues, document solutions, handle escalated incidents, maintain incident tracking systems, support remote access applications, troubleshoot operating system and hardware issues, and communicate effectively with both unskilled and skilled PC users while handling sensitive and confidential documents and information.
