Responsibilities

Monitor, triage, and research technical support requests for Incident Response.
Assist the Customer Security Operations team in creating and analyzing reports.
Collect feedback from internal stakeholders regarding process effectiveness.
Develop communications and digital content to engage clients.
Work on pilot programs for important initiatives.
Create health checks and client-focused reports.

Requirements

Expected Graduation: Between December 2025 and June 2026.
Age Restriction: Must be under 24 years old (as per Brazilian Apprenticeship Law 10.097/00).
Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn through practical experience and collaborative projects.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and frequently with other learners and employees.
Teamwork: Strong teamwork skills.
