The Technical Support Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues and questions regarding the Docebo platform. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns via chat, ticketing systems, and screen sharing, troubleshooting technical issues by gathering information to identify root causes, and taking appropriate action for quick resolution. The role also involves advocating for customers during escalations, following up in a timely manner, researching technical problems, and managing customer expectations regarding response and resolution times.
