Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise software company (B2B). Excellent technical knowledge of the SailPoint platform and products is required, along with excellent integration knowledge of third-party enterprise applications such as SuccessFactors, MS Entra, SAP, ServiceNow, and Workday. A strong background in SaaS and SaaS connectivity (APIs), excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a working knowledge of technical infrastructure including web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, and directories are essential. Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, Azure/AWS/GCP is desirable, and 3+ years working with Identity, Governance, and Access Management solutions is preferred. Fluency in Spanish and English is required if based in Spain, and German and English if based in Germany.

Responsibilities

The Technical Specialist will review, prioritize, and agree on Proof of Value (PoV) use-cases with the account team and prospects, ensuring their achievability within the business context and timeframe. They will be responsible for ensuring the availability and configuration of applications and systems required for the PoV and completing all required use-cases before final presentations. The specialist will support the Lead SE in presenting the use cases to prospects, demonstrating the value of the SailPoint platform. They will also document reusable assets generated during the PoV, discover and understand customer requirements to align solutions, present SailPoint business functions and value, support product demonstrations, and provide feedback to Product Management on product enhancements.
