Technical Solutions Architect

Position Overview

Arrow is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to join their European engineering team. In this role, you will guide innovation by applying your technical knowledge to help create solutions for customers. You will be the leading technical resource within a selling team, contributing to multiple customer projects as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the leading technical resource as part of a selling team.
• Contribute to multiple customer projects serving as a subject matter expert.
• Help to develop, engineer, and choose the right technologies and components for customer designs.
• Build relationships with the Sales Team, helping customers and partners understand, adopt, and deploy a solution stack to solve their business problems.
• Provide support to other Engineers in the team based on areas of expertise and domain knowledge.
• Commit to continual professional development, including technical certifications with leading technology partners (e.g., Intel, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Dell, HPE).
• Visit customers in France, and occasionally elsewhere in Europe.
• Work closely with the European Integration Centre team located in Budapest, acting as the interface between customers and the New Product Introduction team.
• Build and manage Bills of Materials for produced designs.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Server/PC systems, networking architecture, and storage.
• Understanding of Windows and/or Linux Operating Systems.
• Curiosity to learn about innovative technology.
• Understanding of design, development, and integration processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with customers, partners, and the wider Arrow organization.
• Result-oriented, proactive, and confident under pressure.
• Demonstrated skills in solution selling.
• Full proficiency in German and English.
