Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, and a preferred University Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical, Biology, or Physics). A minimum of 5 years of experience in the diagnostic industry is required, supported by references, along with a B class driving license. Strong customer relationship and communication skills, fast engagement to issues, and strong task and process management are also necessary.
This Technical Service Specialist/Sr. Specialist will act as a technical solution provider for effective system operation and instrument installation, performing IQOQ procedures and assisting with customer business reviews. The role involves supporting first-line service providers, working within a primary territory and potentially other territories, scheduling and performing unplanned services, identifying technical support needs, delivering best-in-class solutions, managing inventory, traveling within the service area, and ensuring all activities comply with quality system requirements.
