Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical service within a multinational commercial setting
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining technical equipment
  • Fluent in English
  • (Preferred) Experience in the medical device industry
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with inventory management and technical documentation

Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, commissioning, testing, and preventive maintenance for Stryker products across Malaysia
  • Deliver first-level repairs and technical troubleshooting to ensure optimal product performance
  • Conduct technical training for customers and dealers on proper product usage and handling
  • Manage spare parts, tools, and field inventory to support efficient service operations
  • Schedule and execute engineering updates and preventive maintenance visits as required
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Maintain compliance with company standards and industry regulations, including ADVAMED guidelines
