Requirements

Candidates should possess an M.Sc. degree in Science or Business based fields, or validated experience, with 3-5 years of experience working with Ion Chromatography and Sample Preparation. Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, are required. Proficiency in English is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Technical Sales Specialist will discover potential opportunities within the Benelux market and customer segment, improve customer allegiance and sales revenue for Thermo Fisher Scientific, uncover customer curiosity about products, and drive the Thermo Fisher Scientific value proposition. The role involves collaborating with commercial teams, marketing teams, and other internal groups to support new Product Introduction (NPI) prospects, lead the sales funnel and forecast, consult with account managers, and maintain awareness of competitor and industry activity. The TSS will also utilize sales tools to efficiently manage accounts, opportunities, and pipelines, and introduce new products and services as available.
