Requirements

  • At least 5 years of Technical Enablement experience
  • Experience in a technical software sales or customer-facing role is preferred
  • Knowledge of modern software development and their associated technologies
  • Expertise in Application Security, AI security, and/or Open Source software is a plus
  • Experienced in writing technical documentation and building experiential learning programs
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for delivering training and collaborating with senior stakeholders
  • Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and managing projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate regularly with Customer Success, Solutions Engineers, Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Customer Education teams to align on a strategy for scalable product enablement plans, certifications, content updates, and learning paths
  • Build, deploy, maintain, and report on learning solutions and pathways by role
  • Create and manage a repository of consumable product training, demo videos, labs, workshops, and other resources for digital self-service consumption
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new technical hires, providing them with the necessary knowledge and tools to excel in their roles
  • Gather feedback from key stakeholders and technical field teams to identify areas for improvement in training materials and programs
  • Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and other relevant departments to stay informed about product updates and roadmaps, ensuring alignment between technical training and product development
