Skills in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving escalations
Capability to deliver training for new users and teams
Experience in managing client-specific requests for senior stakeholders
Ability to maintain technical documentation and configuration notes
Proactive identification of improvement opportunities and growth potential
Support for growth demonstrations and new capabilities introductions
Providing structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical owner for assigned Premium accounts throughout the client lifecycle
Understand the client's world, use cases, and requirements
Manage platform training and configuration
Create dashboards and enable APIs
Manage partner workspaces (Newsletters, Reports)
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and escalations
Collaborate with Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) to ensure clients derive maximum value
Provide proactive engagement, monitor usage, and drive value realisation
Participate in requirements calls, configuration reviews, training sessions, issue-resolution meetings, QBRs, and partner deliverable discussions
Escalate to EAM when client health or commercial risk is at stake
Identify and implement new opportunities for greater value and additional services
Support EAM with growth demonstrations using demo accounts and configurations
Maintain long-term technical continuity for accounts
