Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical owner for assigned Premium accounts throughout the client lifecycle
  • Understand the client's world, use cases, and requirements
  • Manage platform training and configuration
  • Create dashboards and enable APIs
  • Manage partner workspaces (Newsletters, Reports)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and escalations
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) to ensure clients derive maximum value
  • Provide proactive engagement, monitor usage, and drive value realisation
  • Participate in requirements calls, configuration reviews, training sessions, issue-resolution meetings, QBRs, and partner deliverable discussions
  • Escalate to EAM when client health or commercial risk is at stake
  • Identify and implement new opportunities for greater value and additional services
  • Support EAM with growth demonstrations using demo accounts and configurations
  • Maintain long-term technical continuity for accounts
