Responsibilities

Serve as the technical owner for assigned Premium accounts throughout the client lifecycle
Understand the client's world, use cases, and requirements
Manage platform training and configuration
Create dashboards and enable APIs
Manage partner workspaces (Newsletters, Reports)
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and escalations
Collaborate with Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) to ensure clients derive maximum value
Provide proactive engagement, monitor usage, and drive value realisation
Participate in requirements calls, configuration reviews, training sessions, issue-resolution meetings, QBRs, and partner deliverable discussions
Escalate to EAM when client health or commercial risk is at stake
Identify and implement new opportunities for greater value and additional services
Support EAM with growth demonstrations using demo accounts and configurations
Maintain long-term technical continuity for accounts
