Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, ideally in high-growth startups or fast-paced agency settings
  • Deep knowledge of technical roles and modern technologies (e.g., Software Engineering, DevOps)
  • Proven ability to creatively source passive candidates and close them in a competitive market
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient with ATS tools and recruitment platforms

  • Passion for creating an outstanding candidate experience and building diverse, high-performing teams

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and craft strategic, proactive sourcing plans
  • Identify and engage top talent through a variety of channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, networking, events, job boards, etc.)
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to offer negotiations—while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Avride, showcasing our mission, culture, and opportunities to prospective talent
  • Partner with third-party agencies as needed
