5+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, ideally in high-growth startups or fast-paced agency settings

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and craft strategic, proactive sourcing plans
Identify and engage top talent through a variety of channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, networking, events, job boards, etc.)
Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to offer negotiations—while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates
Act as a brand ambassador for Avride, showcasing our mission, culture, and opportunities to prospective talent
Partner with third-party agencies as needed
