Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, ideally in high-growth startups or fast-paced agency settings
Deep knowledge of technical roles and modern technologies (e.g., Software Engineering, DevOps)
Proven ability to creatively source passive candidates and close them in a competitive market
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Proficient with ATS tools and recruitment platforms
Self-starter with a startup mentality: resourceful, enthusiastic, adaptable, and thrives without a playbook
Passion for creating an outstanding candidate experience and building diverse, high-performing teams
Authorized to work in the U.S. (no relocation sponsorship or remote work options available)

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and craft strategic, proactive sourcing plans
Identify and engage top talent through a variety of channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, networking, events, job boards, etc.)
Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to offer negotiations—while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates
Act as a brand ambassador for Avride, showcasing our mission, culture, and opportunities to prospective talent
Partner with third-party agencies as needed
