Why We're Looking for You

As Prelim continues its rapid growth, we're expanding our Implementation Team to support our clients in leveraging our no-code platform for critical banking services, such as account opening, onboarding, lending, and more. We're seeking a motivated Technical Project Manager to drive complex, high-impact projects that help banks deliver seamless, compliant, and modern digital experiences to millions of customers.

In this role, you'll work with major banks to integrate Prelim’s platform with their systems, ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies, and modernize employee workflows. You'll collaborate with a supportive team, gain exposure to cutting-edge technology, and make a tangible impact in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex implementation projects, overseeing timelines, stakeholder coordination, and integration of Prelim’s platform with various bank systems to ensure efficient and compliant customer onboarding.
  • Guide clients in modernizing their processes by configuring and optimizing employee workflows using Prelim’s no-code platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including bank executives and operations teams, to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure implementations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and bank policies, working with internal teams to address compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless solutions, share client feedback, and contribute to platform improvements.
  • Provide training and support to clients, helping them adopt Prelim’s platform and maximize its value for their operations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Contribute strategic insights to improve implementation processes and enhance client experiences.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Enthusiasm for learning and applying new technologies, including no-code/low-code platforms, to real-world challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients, from bank executives to operations staff.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients modernize processes and achieve their goals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Interest in or experience with financial services, banking operations, or B2B software is a plus.
