Requirements

Responsibilities

The Technical Project Manager will guide teams in adopting agile practices, ensuring adherence to Well’s best practices and facilitating sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. They will coach the team on best practices, address team dynamics and resolve conflicts, and proactively identify and mitigate blockers and risks while promoting continuous improvement and transparency within the team’s work.
