Requirements
Candidates must be U.S. citizens with NACI clearance, possess a Bachelor's degree, and prefer PMP certification. They should have at least twelve years of experience in project management or a related field, along with skills in project management, Agile Development (Scrum methodologies), DevSecOps, IT Program Management Software (Azure DevOps or similar), Risk Assessment and Mitigation, Stakeholder Engagement, Budget Management, Schedule Management, and communication (written and verbal).

The Technical Project Lead will oversee the development, maintenance, and support of a mission-critical emergency management system for a federal client, leading a team to analyze complex challenges, coordinate technical support during emergency response operations, maintain a stable workforce, set project goals and develop comprehensive plans, manage resources and project timelines, create and maintain project roadmaps, implement IT strategies, develop project management plans, conduct risk assessments, organize meetings, implement a stakeholder engagement strategy, and oversee security and compliance for relevant policies, regulations, and standards.
