Position Overview: Technical Program Manager I (Dealer Inspire)

Dealer Inspire is a certified provider of multiple products and services within many automotive OEM programs. These certifications are vital for franchise dealer enrollments and significantly contribute to market penetration and revenue generation. The Technical Program Manager I plays a crucial role in managing the work required to maintain these OEM program affiliations.

This role involves direct relationships with OEM clients to manage the work request pipeline, facilitate discovery sessions, triage new work, and troubleshoot issues. The Technical Program Manager I will serve as the technical point of contact, collaborating closely with an OEM Program Manager to meet program needs. Additionally, this role requires coordinating and building strong relationships with internal technical teams executing the work pipeline to ensure the successful implementation and high-quality delivery of tasks.

OEM program pipelines encompass both routine maintenance and the introduction of complex integrations and large-scale projects. The Technical Program Manager I, with some assistance and guidance from senior colleagues, will be responsible for setting expectations, establishing priorities, understanding desired outcomes, and managing project plans and roadmaps for smooth execution.

The primary goals of this position are to capture and execute OEM program tasks while considering overall program health, service level agreements, and program priorities, balanced against internal operating costs, business objectives, and other priorities.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with developing communication and organizational skills, adept in client management, and possesses the technical acumen to understand the scope of complex projects.
