Requirements

5+ years of experience in program management and operational process optimization in software engineering
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively align stakeholders, influence cross-functional teams, and clearly convey complex information
Proven track record in optimizing development and deployment workflows
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices
