Requirements

5+ years of experience in program management and operational process optimization in software engineering
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively align stakeholders, influence cross-functional teams, and clearly convey complex information
Proven track record in optimizing development and deployment workflows
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices
Experience with data-driven decision-making and operational metrics analysis (SQL proficiency is a plus)

Manage incident response processes, coordinate cross-functional teams during outages, facilitate postmortem analyses to identify root causes, and drive continuous improvements to prevent recurrence
Support and improve deployment and maintenance processes, ensuring smooth execution and risk mitigation
